At ECI Jewelers, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact and original packaging included.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the provided prepaid insurance label.

  Inspection Process

  Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the item to verify its condition and ensure no alterations have been made.

• 4.
  Refund Confirmation

  Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
